ArchiBiz was founded on a singular premise: to help unlock the potential of architects.
Our story dates back to 2015, when our Co-Founder Ray Brown began noticing a similar pattern recurring among his architecture business coaching clients at the time.
They were all extremely capable, talented and driven people, but had seemingly never learned how to run a business. They felt lost reading a financial statement or managing staff. They were playing the game without knowing the rules.
Enter ArchiBiz.
Through programs and courses, workshops, business mentoring and coaching, our small yet highly dedicated team has been able to transform the lives and architecture practices of more than 150 architects globally, spanning across the U.S., Canada, Australia, U.K., among others.
We’re different from most of the architecture consultants and coaches out there, and we have repeatedly witnessed that be a good thing. We’re a multicultural bunch, encompassing a wide-ranging expertise in business, marketing, strategy, communications and design.
Offering a unique methodology, personable style and fresh perspective, Archibiz exists so that you can make your impact on the built environment, no holds barred.

Bec has almost fifteen years of experience in marketing, specifically digital and brand strategy.
Tim embraces challenge, creativity, and problem solving – it’s what he loves about life and enjoys about the design industry.
As a former General Manager / Business Director of multiple design agencies, he relishes the opportunity to get to the heart of a practice’s operation, uncover problems and develop strategies to help solve them. Developing a deep understanding of the business is key to this kind of professional support and to ensuring projects and tactics are implemented and results delivered.
With a background in the creative industries and client services, and over 15 years delivering brand experiences through brand strategy, design, marketing communications and building successful relationships, Tim takes a holistic and strategic view of the business and its operations.
