- Coaching & Mentoring for Architects -

Most architects are exceptional at design. Running the business is a different skill set entirely.

You didn't get taught how to be a business owner. But here you are — finding clients, managing cash flow, leading a team, chasing fees, and trying to find time to actually do the work you love. Something has to give.

At ArchiBiz, we've spent years working with architecture practice owners across the world — helping more than 150 practices become more profitable, better led and genuinely sustainable. If you're looking for one-on-one support built around your practice, book a free Clarity Call and we'll work out the rest together.

- Who this is for -

You're good at architecture. Now you're ready to be good at the business part, too.

The practice owners who come to us aren't in survival mode. Revenue is there, the work is coming in. But the business isn't working the way it should be — and they know it. Whether it's been 2 years or 22, we see the same patterns come up again and again:

  • Cashflow that's inconsistent or hard to predict — even when the practice is busy.

  • Undercharging, or saying yes to work that doesn't fit because turning it down feels risky.

  • A team that needs leading, not just managing — and not enough time or headspace to do it well.

  • Marketing and positioning that's unclear — who is the right client, and how do you reach more of them?

  • A practice that can't run properly without you in the middle of everything.

  • The feeling that you were never actually taught how to run a business — and you're figuring it out as you go.

If any of that resonates, you're in the right place. These are exactly the problems we've spent a decade helping architects solve. The practices that break through aren't necessarily the most talented — they're the ones with the right structure, clearest thinking, and someone to keep them accountable to both.

- What Our Clients Say -

- How We Work -

You're good at architecture. Now you're ready to be good at the business part, too.

After years of working with architecture practice owners, we've refined a model that consistently delivers results: one-on-one coaching combined with a monthly Virtual Board meeting.

Personal support on its own is valuable, but support without structure means the important conversations about vision, direction and growth keep getting displaced in the day-to-day.

The board meeting prevents that.

Together, they create something most practice owners have never had: focused personal support and formal, strategic accountability, every single month.

- Where to Start -

One on One Coaching

Two sessions a month, up to 60 minutes each, with an experienced ArchiBiz coach. Sessions are structured around what's most pressing — the decisions you're facing, the challenges you're working through, the growth you're trying to unlock. Between sessions, when something comes up that can't wait, your coach is available.

Each session draws on three things as needed:

Coaching — space to think through challenges and decisions with an experienced guide.

Mentoring — practical guidance from someone who has worked with studios like yours.

Training — frameworks and business concepts introduced and applied to your situation.

Structured around four areas — the Four Ps

P.

Practice

Vision, strategy, finances, and operations.

P.

Projects

Delivery, processes, and resource planning.

P.

People

Team Culture, leadership, capacity, utilization, and roles

P.

Perception

Mindset, difficult conversations, and how tour practice is seen

If you're ready to improve your practice, start here.

Book a free Clarity Call with one of our coaches. It's 30 minutes. We'll talk about where your practice is, what's getting in the way, and whether working with us makes sense. If it is, we'll explain exactly what that looks like. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

We'll match you with the right coach based on your situation and region.
